How do classes with kits work?

When you book a class with a kit, we send participants all of the ingredients or supplies that they need.

**Address collection:** Once payment is received, our team will send you an address collection form and invite text to relay to your team. 📄

**Shipment tracking:** We’ll also provide a master tracking sheet which you can use to track submissions as well as tracking information once kits have shipped. ✅

What is a hybrid event? How does it work?

**[Confetti hybrid events](https://www.withconfetti.com/help-center/en/collections/6372688-hybrid-events)** combine **in-person** and **virtual** components to create an exciting, interactive experience that can be enjoyed by teams working in-office and at home. 🤝 Whether you're dialing in from your couch or from a conference room filled with coworkers, our friendly and engaging host will ensure that all your team members have a fun and fabulous time!

For in-office participants, we recommend using a shared projector screen or TV setup. Individuals can also choose to dial-in from their own computers. Either way, please make sure that the host is able to see all of the participants and vice versa.

Although all Confetti hybrid experiences come with remote, real-time **Zoom tech support**, it's important to note that A/V equipment and A/V setup is not included.

Can I request a specific host?

We are unable to guarantee certain hosts for the Winter Painting Class, as their booking is dependent on availability. Please drop a note in the 'special requests' section when booking, and we'll do our best to make it happen. Either way, we promise you'll have a wonderful experience with any of our vetted hosts!

What is included in the kit?

You can find information about kit contents in the 'includes' section towards the top of the page. Please note that kit contents may differ from the pictures displayed here as we may work with several vendors to create your handcrafted kits. If you need more info, please reach out to event support or chat with us directly on the website for more details.

Do I need experience to participate?

Accepted Answer

The Winter Painting Class is for all experience levels. Our instructor will guide you through the basics — no prior painting or art experience is required!

Question 6

Is this experience appropriate for children?

Accepted Answer

Of course! Anyone, even a child, can be a master painter. 🎨

Acrylic paints are safe and labeled as non-toxic, but should be kept away from toddlers.

Question 7

How messy are the paints? Are they hard to wash out?

Accepted Answer

Painting can definitely get a little messy! If removed immediately, acrylic paint is easily washable with soap and water, but once dry, it becomes more difficult to remove. Watercolors are water soluble, so they are a bit easier to wash out. Nonetheless, we recommend you wear a smock or other clothes you can get a little dirty in!

Can this experience be shortened?

The Winter Painting Class can be shortened to 60 minutes, just make sure to let us know in the special requests section.

For the most engaging and interactive experience, we recommend booking for the full 90 minutes. Please note that we cannot accommodate any price adjustments for a shorter duration.

Question 9

When is the deadline to collect addresses?

Accepted Answer

The deadline to collect addresses will be EOD **13 business days** from your event date. If you're looking to have an event sooner than 13 business days, your deadline will be EOD **10 business days** and will require rush processing. The cost of rush processing can be found under the shipping upgrades section of the experience page.

**Oct - Dec:** During the busier holiday season, we cannot accommodate orders on a shorter timeframe.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only offer shipping to the US & Canada for kits. 🇺🇸 🇨🇦 Shipping is free for this experience.
