How It Works
Our expert will guide your team through a virtual sound bath designed to promote relaxation, exploration, personal inquiry, as well as other mental health benefits.
Beginning with breathwork, your sound healer will introduce different sounds and vibrations from various sound bath instruments such as chimes, crystal singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks. Each person will explore their own personal relationship to sound as it guides them to a state of deep relaxation.
Due to the meditative nature of this experience, interaction level is minimal.
