This was a much needed relaxing break in the middle of the day! The host was friendly and went through the instructions during the stretching portion at a speed that everyone could follow.
The relaxation class was a really nice way to provide some techniques that we could all use from the comfort of our desk chairs! Employees seemed appreciative and we will definitely work with Confetti again in the future!
