What is a hybrid event? How does it work?

**[Confetti hybrid events](https://www.withconfetti.com/help-center/en/collections/6372688-hybrid-events)** combine **in-person** and **virtual** components to create an exciting, interactive experience that can be enjoyed by teams working in-office and at home. Whether you're dialing in from your couch or from a conference room filled with coworkers, our friendly and engaging host will ensure that all your team members have a fun and fabulous time!

For in-office participants, we recommend using a shared projector screen or TV setup. However, individuals can also choose to dial-in from their own computers. 🤓 Although all Confetti hybrid experiences come with remote, real-time **Zoom tech support**, it's important to note that A/V equipment and A/V setup is not included.

Can I request a specific host?

We are unable to guarantee certain hosts for the St. Patrick's Day Beer Tasting, as their booking is dependent on availability. Please drop a note in the 'special requests' section when booking, and we'll do our best to make it happen. Either way, we promise you'll have a wonderful experience with any of our vetted hosts!

Do you offer non-alcoholic kits?

Question 4

Will this class cover Irish history or St. Patrick's Day?

Please note this class will briefly cover beer and brewing history in Ireland, but will not focus heavily on Irish history & culture.

Question 5

Can this experience be shortened?

Accepted Answer

The Irish Beer Tasting be shortened to 30 minutes, just make sure to select your preferred duration option.

For the most engaging and interactive experience, we recommend booking for the full 60 minutes. Please note that we cannot accommodate any price adjustments for a shorter duration. In addition, our instructor may have to omit some content from our standard class.

When is the deadline to collect addresses?

Accepted Answer

The deadline to collect addresses will be EOD **13 business days** from your event date. If you're looking to have an event sooner than 13 business days, your deadline will be EOD **10 business days** and will require rush processing. The cost of rush processing can be found under the shipping upgrades section of the experience page.

**Oct - Dec:** During the busier holiday season, we cannot accommodate orders on a shorter timeframe.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only offer shipping to the US & Canada for this experience. 🇺🇸 US shipping is free. 🇨🇦 Canadian shipping costs an additional $100 per person.
