How do classes with kits work?

When you book a class with a kit, we send participants all of the ingredients or supplies that they need.

**Address collection:** Once payment is received, our team will send you an address collection form and invite text to relay to your team. 📄

**Shipment tracking:** We’ll also provide a master tracking sheet which you can use to track submissions as well as tracking information once kits have shipped. ✅

What is a hybrid event? How does it work?

**[Confetti hybrid events](https://www.withconfetti.com/help-center/en/collections/6372688-hybrid-events)** combine **in-person** and **virtual** components to create an exciting, interactive experience that can be enjoyed by teams working in-office and at home. 🤝 Whether you're joining from your couch or from a conference room filled with coworkers, our friendly and engaging host will ensure that all your team members have a fun and fabulous time!

For in-office participants, we recommend using a shared projector screen or TV setup. Individuals can also choose to dial-in from their own computers. Either way, please make sure that the host is able to see all of the participants and vice versa. In addition, participants will also need to be able to enter a non-numeric password.

Although all Confetti hybrid experiences come with remote, real-time **Zoom tech support**, it's important to note that A/V equipment and A/V setup is not included.

Can I request a specific host?

We are unable to guarantee certain hosts for the Holiday Hand Lettering, as their booking is dependent on availability. Please drop a note in the 'special requests' section when booking, and we'll do our best to make it happen. Either way, we promise you'll have a wonderful experience with any of our vetted hosts!

What is included in the kit?

Please note that kit contents may differ from the pictures displayed here as we may work with several vendors to create your handcrafted kits. If you need more info, please reach out to event support or chat with us directly on the website for more details.

What is the difference between hand lettering and calligraphy?

Lettering combines shapes and graphic elements to express a certain characteristic, message, or idea. Put simply, hand lettering is the art of **drawing** letters, while calligraphy is the art of **writing** letters!

Is this experience kid-friendly? Are the art supplies safe for kids?

Accepted Answer

This experience is good for ages 8+ or for kids that are comfortable with reading and writing. The pens in our hand lettering kit are non-toxic and chemical-free, so kids can join in on the fun, too! 🌈

Can this experience be shortened?

Accepted Answer

No, sorry! 😅 Holiday Hand Lettering is a set length and is not customizable. Please allow about 60 minutes for this experience.

When is the deadline to collect addresses?

Accepted Answer

The deadline to collect addresses will be EOD **13 business days** from your event date. If you're looking to have an event sooner than 13 business days, your deadline will be EOD **10 business days** and will require rush processing. The cost of rush processing can be found under the shipping upgrades section of the experience page.

**Oct - Dec:** During the busier holiday season, we cannot accommodate orders on a shorter timeframe.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only offer shipping to the US & Canada for kits. 🇺🇸 US shipping is free. 🇨🇦 Canadian shipping costs an additional $75 per person.

We are unable to ship to AK, HI, or PR.
