In a lecture-style setting, uncover hidden backstories and discover little known facts about popular Asian art installations through pictures and incredible storytelling.
Participants will be introduced to traditional East Asian paintings, artifacts, and sculptures, and will explore the emergence of certain themes and traditions in the work of contemporary artists like Yayoi Kusama, Isamu Noguchi, Ai Weiwei, and more.
This class includes Q&A opportunities, giving participants the chance to ask more about Asian history & culture.
