Our Deskercise Class takes modern yoga exercises and adapts them to the seated position for easy stretches you can incorporate into your everyday routine. Beginning with a brief meditation session, our instructor will guide you through simple desk stretching and movements that will relax and renew your body and mind.
Flowing from small to larger movements, participants will learn:
- The benefits of chair yoga
- Arm, neck, and back stretch techniques
- How to pair movement and breath
- Mindfulness and meditation exercises

Our team really enjoyed the deskercise class! It was a great way to break up our virtual retreat and center us before our break-out sessions.
