Our cheese expert will guide participants through experiencing the look, smell, taste, and other characteristics of each unique cheese, as well as drawing lasting conclusions about its flavor profile. Followed by a Q&A where your group can ask about anything cheese.
Before the class, we'll provide a recommended cheese list curated by our cheese expert, or participants can bring anything that they have on hand. All you need to do is let us know what you're stashing!
