Participants will learn how to make 2 Black History Month cocktails, while learning about the real stories and history that inspired each drink. Our featured drinks for this class include Woodson's Confidence, a "Black Manhattan" riff inspired by Black History Month founder, Carter G. Woodson, and Pearl of the Antilles, a rum and cognac drink honoring the rich culture and history of Haiti.

Dive into cocktail making basics, including how to:

• Craft 2 cocktails using ingredients and supplies from home (Makes 2 servings of each recipe)
• Master bartending skills and mixology techniques
• Pair ingredients and flavors so you can create your own custom cocktails later
