Kaylyn Carter holds a B.A. in Theatre from Florida State University, and has worked as a teaching artist in the Chicago community since 2016, teaching creative writing and theatre residencies and focusing on social-emotional skills through drama with Northlight Theatre and Playmakers Laboratory Theatre. She has worked as a copywriter for various small businesses since 2020, joining the Confetti team in 2022.

Offline, Kaylyn is a performer in Chicago, IL, adapting original writing for the stage and film. Her work has been seen in various Chicago venues such as Steppenwolf's LookOut Series, Rhino Fest, and High Concept Labs. She loves to host dinner parties with friends, which is why her favorite Confetti event would have to be the Charcuterie Board Making Class!
