What is a hybrid event? How does it work?

Whether you're dialing in from your couch or from a conference room filled with coworkers, our friendly and engaging host will ensure that all your team members have a fun and fabulous time!

For in-office participants, we recommend using a shared projector screen or TV setup. However, individuals can also choose to dial-in from their own computers. 🤓 Although all Confetti hybrid experiences come with remote, real-time **Zoom tech support**, it's important to note that A/V equipment and A/V setup is not included.

What holiday does this celebrate?

Accepted Answer

Our Holiday Games, including Holiday Drag Queen Bingo, are not specific to one holiday in particular and include multiple winter holidays that celebrate the festive time of year (e.g. Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa). They do not skew more towards one than the other and do not include religious undertones at all.

Additionally, our Holiday and Winter themes are globally-friendly! Inclusivity is important to us and we ensure that it is a part of all of our offerings.

If you have strong company values/hopes for the experience that you’d like us to accommodate, please let us know in the ‘special request’ section.

Can I request a specific host?

We are unable to guarantee certain hosts for Holiday Drag Queen Bingo, as their booking is dependent on availability. Please drop a note in the 'special requests' section when booking, and we'll do our best to make it happen. Either way, we promise you'll have a wonderful experience with any of our vetted hosts!

Is this experience more like bingo or a drag show?

Both! You're playing bingo, but it's hosted by a performer who will make the experience engaging and fun. If there's time, she may even give a surprise performance or fun game at the end. 😉

Is this experience work-friendly?

Here at Confetti we plan with the corporate company in mind. That being said, this a ✨ drag event ✨ so be prepared for a fun and silly time!

Both content ratings are work-friendly, but if you have any concerns about cursing or suggestive content, please select the PG option and feel free to provide any specifics in the 'special requests' section.

Question 6

Are the bingo cards physical or virtual?

Accepted Answer

Bingo cards are virtual and reset automatically after each round. You can add your own bingo title or short phrase, just let us know in the 'bingo card title' section of the booking page.

We'll send you a link to your group's bingo card 1-2 business days prior to the event so you can forward it along to your team.

Question 7

Are there prizes for winners?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We provide a $10 digital gift card to the winner of each round. You’re welcome to source additional prizes, just keep us posted in ‘special requests’ so our hosts can announce it.

We recommend preparing  3 to 8 prizes. If you need some ideas, we've seen companies give out everything from silly gag gifts on Amazon to company merchandise and gift cards — whatever you choose, you can't go wrong!

Question 8

Can this event be recorded?

Accepted Answer

Yes, just let your event coordinator know beforehand so that they can pass along the request to your drag queen. Your drag queen will record the bingo event, and event support will send you the video and/or photograph when they follow up afterwards.

Can this experience be shortened?

Accepted Answer

Holiday Drag Queen Bingo can be shortened to 45 minutes, just make sure to let us know in the special requests section.

For the most engaging and interactive experience, we recommend booking for the full 60 minutes. Please note that we cannot accommodate any price adjustments for a shorter duration.
